International Shipping Update for EVY Sunscreen

We’re pleased to confirm that international shipping of EVY Sunscreen to the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand has now been reinstated.

Due to new tariffs introduced in the USA, we’ve updated our shipping charges to reflect these additional costs. All duties and taxes are included in the price before shipping. Your order is shipped Duties & Taxes Paid, so the total shown at checkout is the exact amount you'll pay — no extra charges on delivery.
These all-inclusive rates also apply to shipments to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

If you’ve placed an order for EVY Sunscreen Mousse for international delivery, the following guide explains the packing and shipping process. We also publish important updates here, including any FedEx network delays.


After You Place Your Order

1. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please check all details carefully — especially your address, email, and phone number. If anything is incorrect, notify us immediately.

2. Meeting the Minimum Requirement

If your order meets our minimum requirement of 6+ cans, we will begin processing it.
If it does not, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Processing Time

Your order may remain in “pending” status for up to:

  • 7 working days, or

  • up to 14 working days during peak season (May–August).

Once your shipment is booked with FedEx, your order status will change to Shipped. This means your order has been accepted and moved into the packing queue.

Within 24 hours of this, FedEx will email you your tracking number (note: tracking will not appear in your Ifsogo account).

4. Packing & Documentation

Within 4–7 days, your order will be packed by our specialist hazmat team, and all required hazardous-goods documentation will be completed.
EVY Sunscreen is classified as hazmat because it is packaged in aerosol cans, and it must be correctly declared before it can travel on FedEx aircraft.

5. FedEx Collection

FedEx collects from us daily.
Once collected, your tracking will update to show this, and you’ll be able to follow the parcel’s progress directly through FedEx.

Delivery after collection typically takes 6–12 days, depending on your location.


Additional Information

  • We strive to ship orders promptly, but UK heatwaves, national holidays, and peak-season demand (May–August) may cause delays.

  • Email replies may take up to 3 days, longer around UK public holidays.

  • Your shipment may occasionally be selected for customs or FDA inspection. This is entirely random and a normal part of international shipping. (There may be an inspection fee that is not included in our shipping rates)

    • FedEx notifies us directly, and we will provide the required information.

    • If FedEx emails you, please forward the message to us so we can respond appropriately.

    • Inspections may delay delivery.

Orders Below the Minimum Quantity

If your order is below the 6-can requirement, we will cancel and refund the amount paid in GBP.
Due to exchange-rate fluctuations, you may receive slightly less in your local currency — this is outside our control. Refunds can take up to 5 days to appear in your account.

FedEx Delivery Rules (Hazmat)

  • FedEx cannot leave hazmat packages in a safe place or at local pickup points and will no deliver to PO BOXES or Armed Forces.
    You must be available to sign for the delivery, or collect from a main FedEx depot (which may not be close by).

  • FedEx will attempt delivery twice and leave a calling card.

    • If the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the order minus the delivery charge and a £10 handling fee.

    • A new order will need to be placed if you still require the goods.

  • FedEx cannot ship hazmat to some locations in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, PO Boxes, or US Armed Forces addresses.

    • If this affects your shipment, we will contact you for an alternative address.

    • If we don’t receive a response within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Estimated Delivery Time

In normal circumstances, your order should arrive within 21 days of being placed.
We cannot guarantee delivery times or accept requests for expedited shipping.


Logging Into Your Ifsogo Account

  • If you checked out as a guest, no account was created and you will not be able to log in or access your order.
    Repeated password reset loops indicate a guest checkout.

  • If you created an account, you can log in to view your order status:

    • Awaiting Fulfilment, or

    • Shipped (your tracking number should appear here once assigned).

  • FedEx will also send tracking details directly by email, which you can use to follow your shipment.
