General Information

 

All purchases are covered for a period of 12 months for any material defects. This does not cover general wear and tear caused whilst in use. This warranty is provided free of charge with any purchase. You should inspect your order carefully to ensure it is correct and free from defects or damage.

 

Damaged & Defective goods

 

Should you find a defect or damage, please follow the instructions in the returns/Exchanges form at the top of this page. Please return them to us (and we will refund the standard 2nd class postage charge. We recommend you request a proof of postage card). Alternatively, please contact us so that we can arrange for the return to us. Upon inspection if we find that the goods are defected or damaged we will offer to; a) repair or make good the damage or defect, b) replace the goods or c) refund the price paid, at your option.

 

Returns Policy

 

We offer a no quibble returns policy and have designed this policy to give you complete peace of mind. However there are certain terms that you should be aware of before sending goods back to us. All goods that are returned must be in their original state,un-opened and un-used, (unless you are returning them due to damage or defect) You are responsible for all shipping and transportation charges relating to the return of non-faulty goods to us. All goods returned to us should be adequately protected, preferably repackaged in the same packaging used for the original delivery, clearly labelled to our returns department and sent by registered or recorded delivery with adequate transit insurance. All returns must be made within 15 days from receipt of your order. Returns Procedure For all returns, including exchanges and damaged goods please follow the instructions below; 1) Print out the returns form at the top of this pag. Fill in, detach and place with your return.

2) Package up the items for return. Please securely re-package your item/s (preferably in their original packaging) Address and send your package to; Returns Dept., The Travel Gear Company Ltd, Water House, 10 Carvers Industrial Estate, Ringwood, Hants. BH24 1JS

 

Please ensure you keep any proof of postage. Parcels lost in the post without proof of posting will not be refunded. Once we have received your return and checked the goods, we will e-mail you the action we have taken. This will contain details of any refunds, replacements or exchanges.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Aquashoe Exchanges. If you are unsure that your exchange will reach you in time, please call us on 0870 861 6000 and we will discuss the options available to you.

 

Returns are processed weekly on Fridays. Exchanges are processed immediately upon receipt.

 

Refunds for damaged and defective goods returned to us will be made via cheque or onto your credit/debit card, including any postal charges you have incurred to return the item back to us, at the current standard Royal Mail rate. Goods returned after 15 days will incur a £5 restocking fee. Goods returned after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you at cost.
