When applying Lifesystems Expedition Enurance directly onto the skin, squeeze into hand using sufficient quantities to cover exposed areas. Rub in well. To put Lifesystems Expedition Endurance on face and neck, dispense a small amount on to the palm and rub on.

Avoid contact with sun burnt or damaged skin.

Keep Lifesystems Expedition Endurance away from eyes and mouth. You will need to use Lifesystems Expedition Endurance Insect Repellent more often in areas of high humidity or when you perspire great deal and will need to reapply after swimming or showering.
